Buttock Implants

If an implant gets even a small amount of bacteria on it, it gets infected and must be removed.  If it isn’t removed, it can create abscesses and even lead to sepsis.

So how does it make sense to put a big, solid silicone implant into the dirtiest part of our body?

Not to mention, how would it feel like to sit on the implant equivalent of George Costanza’s overstuffed wallet?

Finally, what are the chances that a smooth implant might move out of place when it’s sat on many, many times per day?
