Strattice
Strattice is a type of acellular dermal matrix- basically radiated pig skin which doesn’t contain any actual cells. It is used in breast surgery to support the breast tissue and/or implants and prevent and treat complications, such as capsular contracture. I have had really good success with it being used in this capacity. Strattice is very expensive, however, so I use it sparingly.
The human equivalent (made with cadaver skin) is called Alloderm. Alloderm is a workhouse for all types of reconstructive surgeries.
