Top Holistic Health and Beauty Tips Over The Past 1.5 Years

Over the past several years, I’ve become friends with some of the top holistic health and beauty experts in the country. Many of these experts have been guests on my podcast, The Holistic Plastic Surgery Show, the most downloaded plastic surgery podcast in the country.

At the end of each information-packed episode, I ask my guest for one piece of advice to leave the audience with. Some of the best of this advice is repeated in Episode 100, which combines the Top Ten over the first 100 episodes.

Here’s a sampling:

Episode 82 – Probiotics and the Microbiome : Natural Solutions for Healthy Skin – Remove the sugar, creams, and artificial flavors from your coffee every morning. You can keep the desired caffeine and antioxidants, but lose the unwanted unhealthy additives.

Episode 50 – How to Live a High Vibration Life – Three tips: Drink a green smoothie every day (my favorite!), raise your vibration by going outside and getting physical contact with the earth (earthing), and practice gratitude each day.

Episode 30 – Maximize Your Fitness After 50 – If you are over fifty, it’s very important for you to lift weights to help with both your muscles and bones. Simply walking or cardio doesn’t cut it.

Episode 15 – Turn Your Leaky Gut into a Happy Gut – For a healthier gut, eat the rainbow – all different colored fruits and vegetables each day and throughout the week. This promotes a healthier microbiome.
