There is so much that we don’t know about the food we eat. The FDA and large food corporations have been very effective in keeping the truth about our food from us. I’ve spent the last several years learning the hidden secrets about our food from other physicians, health professionals, and authors. Some of what I’ve learned is shocking but must be shared. Unfortunately, it’s too much information to share in a short email. With this in mind, I created a two mini-episode series just for you on The Holistic Plastic Surgery Show podcast called “8 Surprising Food Secrets You Must Know.” I think you’ll find these short, nine minute episodes to be eye-opening and thought-provoking.

Food Secrets You Must KnowPlease share this important information with your friends and loved ones! The episodes can be downloaded for free at www.dryoun.com/audio for the audio version or www.dryoun.com/video for the video version.

To get you started, here are three food secrets that didn’t make the cut!

#11: It’s Unhealthy To Cook With Olive Oil – Yes, it’s true! Although extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) contains healthy monounsaturated fats, when olive oil is heated up (such as if you fry food with it), it can release free radicals. Free radicals are very damaging to your skin and your health. So enjoy your EVOO as a salad dressing or drizzle, but don’t fry food with it.

#10: Coconut Milk Can Help You Lose Weight – Medium chain triglycerides (MCT’s) are a type of fat that has been shown to increase your metabolism. One food that is full of MCT’s is coconut milk. So, instead of adding cream to your coffee, try a splash of coconut milk. It can rev up your metabolism and help you lose weight!

#9: A Vegan Diet Can Reverse Even The Most Advanced Heart Disease – There are countless stories of people with terribly advanced heart disease who have completely reversed it by going on a strict, plant-based, whole foods diet. I strongly believe this works. For more on this, I encourage you to check out the documentary Forks Over Knives.

For #8 through #1, please download the audio version HERE or the video version HERE. Better yet, please SUBSCRIBE to the show so you don’t miss a single episode of the free podcast. Next week I’ll begin another two mini-episode series that will be a “can’t miss!”

Smooth TuckBody contouring is a huge segment of cosmetic plastic surgery. Although I’m sure you know about breast lifts and tummy tucks, but have you heard of the Smooth Tuck, BBL, or Botox-assisted breast augmentation?
