Temporal Browlift

My old mentor used to tell me that these operations don’t work.  Basically, during this surgery the plastic surgeon removes a wedge of scalp from the temple area as a way to lift the outer brows.  It leaves a permanent scar inside the scalp, where it usually heals well.

I was never trained in this operation and was told by many doctors and patients that it just doesn’t work.

I even had a patient see me in consultation for this operation.  I told her that I don’t believe it works and turned her down.  A few months later she flew to Miami to have the surgery.  A month after that she saw me again in my office, complaining that she saw no results.

This is why the Temporal Browlift is on my Holistic Beauty Blacklist.
