I’ve been spending a lot of time sharing my thoughts on my Instagram account. I thought I’d share some of my most popular posts with you today. I hope you enjoy them.

Several years ago I was a regular columnist for My articles often went viral, with millions of people reading them. I was proud of my work, but boy, did it bring out the haters!

“This doctor is a fraud.”

“Who is this idiot? Who cares what he has to say?”

And my favorite, “You’re a $&@&$@! I challenge you to a fight!”

With each put down, each criticism, each vicious insult, I became stronger.

I grew up a shy kid who hoped everyone would like me. I always wanted everyone to be happy.

But I’ve come to realize that if you do what is right and true, some people will be threatened by it. So threatened by your truth that they will lash out at you.

That’s ok. I can take it. You can, too. Speak out for what’s right and true, and the haters will only make you stronger.

Sometimes I wish I was still a level 21.

But then I remember how little I knew about life back then.⁣

⁣Each level you advance is a blessing. I hope to get to level 100 with my beautiful wife Amy.⁣

I believe this wholeheartedly.

My mom prays for my kids every day, and I know my grandma prays for me.⁣

⁣I hope you know that this is true for you, too.
