Anti-aging supplements everyone should take for perfect skin!

There are MANY studies that show taking nutritional supplements can make big changes in your skin, but it’s important to take the RIGHT supplements! Do you know which ones can help?
Here are five that I believe everyone should take for great skin:
The first is a multivitamin containing Vitamins A, C, D and Zinc. These are all integral to healthy and youthful skin. Not only is vitamin C an antioxidant, but it’s also essential in the production of collagen in your skin.
Number two is a supplement containing a plethora of antioxidants, such as resveratrol and curcumin. Not only do these antioxidants fight free radical oxidation, but new studies are showing these may help you live longer and healthier!
The third is an omega-3 fatty acid supplement, like fish oil or vegan-based supplements. Studies show that omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory and they can soothe and moisturize your skin from the inside out.
Next is a probiotic. These are beneficial bacteria for your gut. The health of your gut is connected to the health of your skin, and disorders like eczema and even acne can be improved by improving your gut health. Shoot for a probiotic with at least 5 billion CFU for the maximum impact.
Finally, I recommend all non-vegans take a hydrolyzed collagen supplement. These are usually in the form of a tasteless powder that you can mix with your coffee, tea, or smoothie every morning. Some doctors believe ingesting collagen doesn’t work because it gets broken down in the stomach. Well, there was a recent meta-analysis that looked at 19 studies and 1125 subjects that determined that taking a collagen supplement can definitely improve the skin’s hydration, elasticity and wrinkles. So, what those doctors believe is wrong. Collagen supplements do work.
